Job summary

Poolcorp is hiring a Warehouse Associate at SCP McKinney, TX. The role supports the team by accurately receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment, with duties including packing, loading, and inventory control.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses. Candidates should be at least 18, able to lift up to 100 pounds, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and prepares orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory; perform inventory audits.
• Coordinate deliveries/pick-up with supervisors, sales staff and customers.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification.

Location: SCP McKinney, TX - 619; 2130 Central Circle Drive, Suite 200, McKinney, Texas - 75069.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What to Expect

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• To be 18 years of age or older to apply.

• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
