Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring at SPP Nashville, TN for a warehouse associate role. You will pull, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup at our Nashville facility.

You will load deliveries, receive shipments, manage inventory and coordinate with the team; forklift certification is required or maintained. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, life insurance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.

Pay & Performance Bonuses

Pay: $18 - $20 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
