Job summary

Refloor, America’s fastest-growing flooring company, is hiring a warehouse associate in Maryland Heights. If you have warehouse experience, you’ll own inventory accuracy, receive and stage materials, and work with installers to keep projects on track.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $18-$20, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO and holidays. Refloor is a PEOPLE company first, supporting your growth and celebrating your contributions.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience
• Forklift experience or certification encouraged
• Comfortable with basic computer use
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs regularly)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
