Job summary

OnTrac Marlboro, MD is hiring a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler for our Marlboro facility. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries, with shifts from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM or end of sort. Job description

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Marlboro, MD location.

Address: 6000 Fallard Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772

Shift: Saturday through Friday from 2:00 AM - 8:00 AM or End of Sort. Days of provided by management.

“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

How you will be rewarded as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler:

• Hourly Rate starting at $17.65/hr (weekly pay)

Skills you need:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.
• Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
