Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler in Virginia Beach, VA. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP codes, and loading trucks for deliveries on a rotating shift schedule.

You will contribute to a fast-paced warehouse team focused on safety and efficiency. The position offers a base pay of $16.00 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses up to $500 per referral, paid sick leave, premium holiday pay, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stay on feet for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (heat and cold) in a warehouse.

Pay: $16.00/hr

Shifts:

• Thursday through Monday 5:00 AM - 9:30 AM or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
