Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Marlboro, MD location. This role includes unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP codes, and loading trucks for deliveries. The shift runs Saturday through Friday from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM or end of sort, with days determined by management.

Starting hourly rate is $17.65 with weekly pay. We offer a benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with Employer Match.

Qualifications

• Be on your feet and active throughout shift.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures (heat and cold).
• Gloves and work boots are recommended.

Job description

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Marlboro, MD location.

Address: 6000 Fallard Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772

Shift: Saturday through Friday from 2:00 AM - 8:00 AM or End of Sort. Days of provided by management.

“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

How you will be rewarded as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler:

Hourly Rate starting at $17.65/hr (weekly pay)

Referral Program

Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)

Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.

Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
