Now hiring: Warehouse Associate

Location: Maple Lake, MN

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM Monday – Friday

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts, power tools, and plant equipment to support daily production operations.
• Assist with assembly, troubleshooting, and basic repair of equipment and processes.
• Maintain product quality standards and ensure consistency in finished goods.
• Support team communication to ensure work is completed on schedule and aligned with procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and facility spaces.
• Participate in training and support the development of team members.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with general plant operations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
