Job summary

ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our Mansfield, TX facility. This hands-on role values organization, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, focusing on shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to keep production and delivery on track.

You will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and maintain a safe, orderly work area.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and warehouse processes.
• Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required).
• Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Valid Texas driver's license (or equivalent).
• Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving).
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment).
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Organize, identify, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment ensuring accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet operational needs and priorities.

About the Role
