Job summary

ODRA in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced facility. This hands-on role involves order picking, packing, and ensuring accurate stock levels for production and delivery.

You will load/unload materials, operate a forklift, and work with production and logistics teams to meet priorities, while maintaining a safe, organized work area and growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, or distribution.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and warehouse processes.
• Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required).
• Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving).
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order fulfillment).
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Organize, identify, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet operational needs.

Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About The Role

ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our facility. This hands-on position is well suited for someone who values organization, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You won't just be moving parts, you'll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)

What You Bring

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and warehouse processes
• Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
• Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
• Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
• Valid Texas driver's license (or equivalent)
• Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer
