Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Associates in the Manchester, NH area!

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling logistics related to receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to purchase orders and company policy.

Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill logistics for receiving and stocking finished goods in cold and/or dry storage.
2. Stage daily pick-ups and work orders.
3. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
4. Perform Daily Cycle Counts and report data to the Fulfillment Manager.
5. Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
6. Manage stock/inventory control and reconcile with data storage systems.
7. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
8. Verify shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices.
9. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations.
10. Coordinate with carriers for scheduling pick-up and delivery of shipments.
11. Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
12. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
13. Maintain accurate records of all shipments.
14. Communicate with supervisors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Forklift experience in a food facility is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
