Job summary

Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage sorting, packing, labeling, and distribution within a busy warehouse. You will handle incoming shipments, verify contents, and prepare orders for dispatch while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for daily productivity. Starting schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with start/end times potentially varying.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills with RF scanning experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience building and wrapping pallets required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents.
• Sort and organize items based on size, weight, and destination.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Wrap and build pallets for secure shipment.
• Assist with general warehouse cleaning.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for accurately sorting and organizing incoming shipments and preparing them for distribution. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to our ability to meet customer demands effectively.

• Must be able to push, pull, drag, and lift 50 lbs.
• Competitive hourly wage
• $19.50/hr - $20.00/hr DOE
