Sage Sustainable Electronics in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling in a fast-paced environment. You will help receive, organize, and move electronic equipment while supporting sustainability efforts through reuse and recycling.

Responsibilities include processing inbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, labeling, and ensuring safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Receive, unload, and process inbound shipments.
• Sort, stage, organize, and move inventory.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset identification.
• Apply labels and verify product information.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control.
• Transport materials safely between areas.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse; follow procedures.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Support additional warehouse and logistics activities as needed.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics, material handling, production, fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environments.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in receiving, organizing, tracking, and moving electronic equipment throughout our facility while helping support a more sustainable future through technology reuse and recycling.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
