Located in Madison, Alabama, we are a wholesale distributor of interior kitchen and bath products, specifically solid surfaces (countertops).

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with customer pickups and deliveries
• Operate forklifts
• Handle materials weighing up to approximately 80 lbs
• Load and unload shipments from third-party trucks
• Check in merchandise shipments accurately
• Store received stock in proper locations
• Handle stone slab materials
• Rotate merchandise with limited shelf-life
• Distribute UPS/FedEx deliveries
• Stage and pull orders for truck deliveries
• Perform general building maintenance (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Preferred: 2 years of warehouse/shipping & receiving experience; extensive training provided
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential
• Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred
• Ability to lift approximately 80 lbs
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Good attendance record
• Willingness to go above and beyond in daily responsibilities
• Dependable team player capable of working independently
