Job summary

Aristeo Construction is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Assets and Maintenance team in Livonia, MI. You will handle receiving, storing, and shipping materials to support multiple construction crews on site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of warehouse experience, high school diploma, and the ability to operate HiLo equipment. The role requires physical endurance and flexibility to work indoors and outdoors, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Construction experience and HiLo operating experience are preferred.
• Physical strength and the ability to move materials repeatedly, indoors and outdoors, are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check, and store materials.
• Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure items are unloaded for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload route and freight trucks.
• Assist with directing drivers when necessary.
• Organize inventory and returns in the proper locations.
• Determine ordering needs by gathering items for field personnel.
• Maintain safety inspection procedures.
• Follow paperwork procedures for orderly filing.
• Pack, crate, and ship products and materials to job sites.
• Keep inventory up to date and provide supervisor with needed item lists.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, unpack, check, and store materials
• Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure all items are unloaded for incoming and outgoing shipments

• Assist with directing drivers when necessary
• Organize and put away all inventory and returns in the appropriate location
• Accurately determine ordering needs by gathering items required by field personnel
• Maintain the safety inspection procedures
• Follow paperwork procedures to ensure paperwork is filed in an orderly manner
• Pack, crate, and ship products and materials to job sites
• Keep inventory up to date and provide the supervisor with lists of items needed

What You'll Bring:

• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Solid inventory and documentation skills
• Construction experience and HiLo operating experience are preferred
• Physical strength, the ability to repeatedly move materials, and working inside and outside is required

Experience:

• 2+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required
