Overview:

We are seeking an experienced warehouse associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure that the warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and staging materials/equipment for delivery, maintaining accurate inventory records, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying that all products are accounted for and safely stored.
• Pick and pack orders for delivery/shipment, ensuring that the correct products are selected and packaged appropriately.
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Ensure that all work areas are clean and organized and that safety protocols are always followed.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Reliably able to work Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM weekly.
• Ability to repetitively lift 80+ pounds for the entirety of the workday.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools (experience with Forklifts and pallet Jacks).
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid CDL-A endorsement and clean driving record is a PLUS!

Work Environment: You will be subject to various work environments that will include but are not limited to the following:

• Large, open spaces and concrete floors.
• Exposure to varying temperatures.
• Working with various warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 80-100 lbs., as the role requires physical movement throughout the warehouse.
• High spaces.
• Small spaces.
• Loud and frequent noises.
• Working in a team environment.

You should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and be prepared to adapt to changing conditions and priorities throughout the workday.
