Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Assistant to join their growing operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and reliable administrative support. Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience; warehouse experience preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential
Ability to lift inventory and work in a hands-on warehouse environment
Experience with SAP, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and shelve supplies and materials in the warehouse
Post accurate inventory data in SAP and maintain clean records
File all material/equipment transaction forms according to standard procedures
Conduct physical inventory audits and verify against control records
Manage other stock-related activities: returning, packing, pricing, and labeling
Identify and report damaged or missing deliveries to accounting for resolution
Perform SAP data entry for match coding, creating new spare parts records
Prepare work bills (W/Bills) for jobsite materials
Organize materials and spare parts for jobsite and workshop repairs
