Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a partially climate-controlled facility in Lewisville, TX. Earn up to $18/hr in a fast-paced environment with no experience required. Shift options are available.

Weekly pay and Day 1 benefits include medical, dental, Telemedicine, and a 401(k) program. You will receive training, work with inventory, pack and ship orders, and help keep a clean and safe warehouse.

Job description

We’re looking for Warehouse Associates to work in our client's partially climate-controlled facility! Earn up to $18/hr in a fast paced, fun environment, working with a leader in eCommerce. No experience required!

• Time: 9:00am-3:00pm
• Event Address: 2900 S Valley Pkwy suite 100, Lewisville, TX 75067

Here’s the new schedule:

• Shift Start: 8:30 AM
• Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM
• Second Break: 3:00 PM - 3:20 PM
• Shift End: 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• High school diploma or a GED
• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
• Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
• Repetitious regular lifting of 20-35 pounds; moving of boxes, to access product, up to 40 pounds
• Occasional small step stool/ladder usage; obtaining product located on upper shelves
