Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators in Lewisville, Texas. You will work in a climate-controlled facility, earning up to $21.00/hr. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing inventory, packing orders, and maintaining warehouse equipment. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse is required along with the ability to lift heavy items. The position offers weekly pay and benefits starting from Day 1, including medical and dental coverage.

We’re looking for Warehouse Equipment Operators to work in our client's climate‑controlled facility! Earn up to $21.00/hr in a fast paced, fun environment, working with a leader in eCommerce. 6 months PIT experience required.

About the Role

Pay Rate: $20

Shift Times (as available):

• Various Shifts
• Orientation will be at 9am Day 1

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• High school diploma or a GED
• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
• Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
• Repetitious regular lifting of 20-35 pounds; moving of boxes, to access product, up to 40 pounds
• Occasional small step stool/ladder usage; obtaining product located on upper shelves
