Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$19
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by accurately receiving, pulling, packing, and staging orders in a high-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is experienced with forklifts, detail-oriented, and physically capable of handling heavy materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Safely assist in loading delivery trucks
• Receive incoming shipments and log inventory data
• Support inventory accuracy through audits and proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers
• Operate forklifts in accordance with safety standards and maintain certification
• Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any issues
• Perform additional warehouse tasks and support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 100 lbs
• Forklift operation experience required
• Prior experience in warehousing, general labor, or distribution preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
