Warehouse Associate - Night shift - Kansas City 2

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, preparing loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions
  • Receive inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
  • Rebuild damaged pallets and process RMAs.
  • Consolidate finished goods storage and identify quality issues.
  • Validate SKUs in WMS, correct LGV alarms, and monitor loads.
  • Unload goods using forklift, maintain storage areas, and handle spills.
  • Operate forklift as needed, facilitate flow of information, and coordinate preload activities.
  • Inspect trailers, communicate loading instructions, and maintain shipping records.
  • Participate in process improvements and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance, communicate effectively, and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 0 years experience in manufacturing or related environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years experience in similar roles and managing people/projects.
