Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year forklift experience.
• Preferred: 1 year warehouse experience.
• Preferred: 1 year customer service experience.
• Proficient in computer and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify, receive, and put away incoming stock
• Pull, pack, stage, and ship outgoing orders and transfers
• Assist customers with orders, as needed
• Assist customers in processing returns of warranty items and stock items
• Operate handheld scanners to receive, move, and track inventory in and out of the facility
• Assist management with inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and physical inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and common areas to ensure an orderly and safe work environment
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs
• Participate in after‑hours training classes
• May be asked to participate in on‑call duties, as needed
• Work overtime as assigned
• Work cooperatively with others
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular, punctual, and reliable physical attendance

Work environments may range from 20°F to 105°F. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
