Job summary

POOLCORP in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately receive/pull orders in a fast-paced environment. You will help load delivery trucks and maintain inventory.

Requirements include high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, forklift experience preferred, and willingness to work Monday–Friday 7AM–4PM with rotating Saturdays in summer. Compensation ranges from $18-$20 per hour plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18 - $20 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM + Rotating Saturdays during summer season 7AM - 11AM

The compensation range for this position in New Jersey is between $18 and $20 based on a full-time schedule. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions plans as well as relocation or cost of living adjustments.
