Job Description

1. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves.
2. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
3. Complete all paperwork related to inventory, including shipping confirmations, receiving confirmations, purchase orders, open orders, order check-offs, and UPS documentation.
4. Ensure complete accuracy of store inventory at all times.
5. Label all orders and back stock clearly.
6. Participate in the cycle counting program.
7. Load and unload customer vehicles; ensure proper paperwork is completed and signed off by the customer after loading.
8. Process incoming freight trucks promptly.
9. Properly use equipment, including forklifts, to move inventory.
10. Inspect equipment regularly to maintain good working order.
11. Record amounts of product received and distributed.
12. Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
13. Enter records into the computer system.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
