Job summary

Carli Suspension, Inc. seeks a hardworking warehouse team member in Lake Elsinore, CA. You will pull, stock, and ship orders, stock shelves, and support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle order preparation, packaging, and accuracy checks, operate forklift when needed, and learn the IQMS warehouse system to manage materials and shipments efficiently. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential as you support customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment

• Proficient with MS Office basics and warehouse software

Responsibilities

• Organize printed orders that require shipping
• Pull parts orders and replenish shelves
• Box and prepare orders for shipment and verify accuracy
• Process shipments including LTL and small parcels
• Backorder components and communicate with warehouse lead
• Use IQMS warehouse system to manage orders and inventory
• Ensure correct ship-to, ship-via, and freight charges
• Maintain clean, safe work area and handle forklift operations as needed
• Learn and use company software to manage materials and receipts

Description

Carli Suspension is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player to be part of our warehouse operations. Works with warehouse staff to pull, pick and ship orders to customers in an efficient and accurate manner. Assist daily with general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, kitting, and general cleanliness of warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organize all printed orders from sales department that require shipping


• Responsible for pulling parts orders


• Responsible for replenishing shelves as needed


• Box and prepare orders for shipment


• Double check orders to ensure accuracy


• Includes both small parcel shipments and large stock orders shipped via LTL


• Backorder all components on stock orders


• Communicate backorders to warehouse lead or supervisor as necessary


• Process all orders in IQMS warehouse system


• Ensure ship-to, ship-via and freight charges are correct on all orders


• Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly


• Load and unload trucks as necessary with forklift and by hand


• Monitor Inventory and accuracy


• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required


• Will conduct these responsibilities in a professional and timely manner


• Ability to learn and effectively utilize company provided software for the management of materials within manufacturing facility including, tracking purchases, receipt of materials, and return or replacement items

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift and experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments


• Ability to safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment


• Familiarity or experience with the use of TSP, Reach Truck or order pickers


• Must be able to work in environment where air temperature varies due to outdoor weather changes (i.e. hot in summer, cold in winter).
