Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is the warehousing and operations arm of Andersen Windows, responsible for receiving, storing and distributing materials for window and door replacement projects. The role supports loading/unloading, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and prior warehouse experience. The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient handling of heavy items with standard

• A valid driver’s license.
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to handle heavy items as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
• Ability to maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
• Good time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

Compensation and benefits

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, Day Shift
• Competitive hourly pay of $17-19/hourly
