Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a diligent warehouse associate in Kent, WA to accurately pull and process orders, stock and rotate inventory, and assist with loading/unloading trucks. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts after training, participate in audits, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

The role requires basic computer skills, scanner use, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level candidates welcome to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Abide by all safety and compliance protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; however, entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems, tools such as scanners, and data entry tasks
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts and measurements (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects topay an associatefor this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
