Position Overview: Ensure materials in various stages of picking, shipping, and receiving are accurately handled and delivered to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick up and deliver materials within the facility using carts or pallet jacks.
2. Record transactions accurately in systems like SAP, FedEx, UPS.
3. Manage inventory and distribute materials efficiently.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse areas, supporting 5S departmental goals.
5. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

• Team environment in well-lit, climate-controlled areas.
• Bending, standing, or walking for approximately 6-8 hours daily.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work with chemical substances, heat, dust, noise, fumes, odors, and oil mist (non-disagreeable).
• Use PPE such as ear protection, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, high-visibility vests.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of warehouse experience and basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel).
• Effective communication skills in English.

Compensation & Benefits: $19.25 - $21.50 hourly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, life insurance, disability, PTO, bonuses, and recognition programs.
