We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Associate.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible, under direct supervision, for fulfilling customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, documenting, and shipping customized orders accurately and efficiently. This fast-paced role requires high productivity, attention to detail, ability to understand and follow written specifications, perform data entry, and adhere to customized requirements and quality standards.

About you

You should be educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU). A Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics is preferred, or equivalent experience in business or Information Technology. Minor studies in IT are a plus. You must have 2-4 years of business or IT experience, demonstrate collaboration skills, and have proven ability in root cause analysis to resolve reported problems effectively.
