Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Joliet, IL to perform a variety of warehouse tasks on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will load, unload, pick, audit, repack, sort, palletize, and maintain site cleanliness.

The role is fast-paced and physical, requiring lifting 25-75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience helps, but training is provided. Weekly pay and benefits after 60 days are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to train the right candidate if no prior warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs, with varying materials.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Select and palletize items.
• Audit, repack, sort, and perform housekeeping duties.
• Assist site leadership with additional duties as assigned.

$700 - $1000 paid weekly

2nd shift

• 1:00 PM to finish


• Sunday - Thursday

3rd shift

• 9:00 PM to finish


• Sunday - Thursday

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical


• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary


• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
