Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Bartlett, IL to perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and related tasks.

The role is fast-paced and physical; candidates should be able to lift 25-75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience helps, training is provided, and the company promotes from within with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials at the dock.
• Selecting, palletizing, and repacking items.
• Auditing, sorting, and housekeeping per site leadership.
• Other duties as assigned by site leadership.

6:00AM - Finish (Usually 10am)

$400 - $1,000 / Weekly production pay

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
