Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts (3-Day Weekends- Friday required only as needed)
Pay: Opportunity for $1 increase after less than 90 days based on performance upon coverting permanately to team

What You'll Do

• Assemble filtration systems, filters, and related components according to work instructions
• Package finished products for shipment
• Read and follow production work orders, assembly instructions, and quality standards
• Safely use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and tape measures
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with moving materials using pallet jacks or hand trucks when needed
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, stoop, climb, and work at waist level
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators when necessary
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and occasionally use ladders
