Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker in Jacksonville, FL to join the Operations team. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship products, using handheld scanners and basic data-entry tools to keep accurate records and inventory. A proactive, safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our client's Operations team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys staying active, and works well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be someone who can take direction, work independently when needed, and jump in to help the team accomplish daily goals.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against orders and documentation
• Inspect products for accuracy and condition
• Unbox, organize, and store products in their designated locations
• Pick and retrieve products for outgoing orders
• Pack products carefully according to established shipping standards
• Organize and replenish inventory on shelves, bins, and storage areas
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory
• Use handheld scanners, computers, and other technology to complete daily tasks
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Assist with other warehouse and operations responsibilities as needed
