Power Drive Systems in Michigan is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving and order fulfillment. You will pull orders, restock locations, prepare shipments and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork, good communication, basic computer and data entry skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

A customer-focused attitude is a must. Building and maintaining relationships with customers through excellent customer service is critical to this role.

Good communication skills with co-workers and customers is a must.

A flexible, team-oriented attitude is required. All team members need to be ready to step in as needed to assist other team members when other areas are short staffed or overwhelmed.

Basic computer skills, accurate data entry, and basic reading skills.

Math and mechanical aptitude a plus.

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, and kneeling.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work daily.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations.

Ability to work in both team environments and individually.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate safe use of a fork lift and pallet jack at all times.

Pull orders.

Restock product to the correct locations in the warehouse.

Prepare orders for shipment.

Maintain the warehouse, including sweeping floors, taking out the trash and recycling materials when appropriate.

Assist counter customers.

Provide customers with solutions.

Assist warehouse staff with other duties as assigned.
