Job summary

Edwards Electrical & Mechanical Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts stocking, order picking, shipping and receiving operations. You will use forklifts (if certified) and assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse or driving experience is preferred, along with forklift certification, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Order parts for jobs and stock.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring all materials are secured for transport.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
