2nd Shift Warehouse Associate
Location: Douglas, MA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $17.50-$20.50/hr

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are packed accurately and efficiently, contributing to a smooth and productive warehouse operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Accurately pack customer orders according to specifications.
2. Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged to meet quality standards.
3. Verify order contents against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
4. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by tracking items used during packing.
5. Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
7. Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risks.
8. Support team members in meeting daily production goals.
9. Communicate with supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues.
10. Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred but not required.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
4. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
7. Basic computer skills for tracking and processing orders.
8. Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
