Warehouse Worker
Ringwood, IL

PSC Group is now hiring a Material Technician / Forklift Operator to join our team at a chemical plant in Ringwood, IL. The Technician works in an industrial environment and is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and storage of product-filled storage containers throughout the chemical plant warehouse facilities. Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available. This is a regular full-time position with potential advancement opportunities. Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 an hour

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Safely and efficiently operates forklift and other warehouse machinery
2. Safely loads product onto different containers or trailers while ensuring product securement
3. Performs a quality control verification by inspecting containers for damage
4. Reviews and/or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy
5. Maintains a clean and safe working environment at all times
6. Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Job Qualifications:

1. Forklift experience is preferred
2. May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
3. 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
4. Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
5. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
