Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution

Includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities (planning and execution). Distribution is covered by carrier management. Encompasses all kinds of warehouses like B2B and B2C, operated by Maersk or in partnership.

Frontline Stream

Includes individual contributors working on-site in a hands-on environment, supporting daily business operations. Covers skilled or entry-level operator jobs that provide direct services to customers, such as transporting, loading/unloading cargo, and fulfilling orders. Most of the time is spent delivering operational or technical services under supervision, following established schedules and standards (e.g., SOPs, quality standards, HSE regulations).
