Job summary

Capstone is hiring in Hurricane, WV for a warehouse associate role. Expect a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with 5:00AM start and Monday–Friday shifts. You’ll load, unload, and handle goods across multiple warehouse tasks while supporting site operations.

The position offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, opportunities for advancement, travel with the team, paid training, and safety incentives, all within Capstone’s high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; safety and proper lifting techniques essential.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from docks and pallets.
• Select and stage items for shipment with accuracy.
• Audit inventory and repack, sort, palletize, and keep areas clean.
• Follow site leadership directions and perform other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
