Job summary

GoBolt is hiring Warehouse Associates in Houston, TX to support our growing ecommerce and last-mile logistics operations. The role reports to the operations team and involves picking, packing, and preparing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory with RF scanners.

Shifts are 4 days of 10 hours each (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat 8am-6pm). Eligibility to work in the US, plus ability to lift 50+ lbs, are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fulfillment/3PL environment.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate inventory management systems.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently.
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Meet daily pick rate and accuracy targets.
• Verify contents before sealing and labeling packages.
• Unload inbound shipments and verify contents.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Scan and organize products into storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts.
• Sort and stage outbound shipments by carrier/destination.
• Load packages onto outbound trucks or conveyors safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following 5S standards.
• Follow health, safety and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet shift goals.
• Communicate shortages, overages or damaged goods to management.
• Assist with training new associates.

We’re looking to hire motivated Warehouse Associates in Houston, Texas who are excited to help us in our mission to be Customer Obsessed.

Rate: $16 per hour

Hours & Schedule: 4 days | 10 hour shifts

Sun-Weds 8am-6pm

Weds-Sat 8am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists;
• Follow first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory practices;
• Meet daily pick rate and accuracy targets;
• Verify order contents before sealing and labeling packages;
• Unload inbound shipments and verify contents;
• Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues;
• Scan, label, and organize products into designated storage locations;
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits;
• Sort and stage outbound shipments by carrier and destination;
• Load packages onto outbound trucks or conveyors safely;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards);
• Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements;
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet shift goals;
• Communicate shortages, overages, or damaged goods to management;
• Assist with training new associates as needed;
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs (units per hour, error rate, etc.);
• Complete all tasks in compliance with company SOPs and policies.
