Capstone Logistics, LLC in Hazelwood, MO is hiring Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced, physical role. The position includes loading, unloading, sorting, palletizing, and general warehouse duties with company-paid training and growth potential.

Employees are paid weekly, with benefits after 60 days. The shift is 1st, Monday through Friday, from 5 a.m. until finish, and the company supports internal promotions and a travel team experience.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight as required.
• Select and palletize items for shipping and storage.
• Audit, repack, sort and clean up work areas as assigned by site leadership.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
