Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Alachua, FL. Shift is Monday–Friday, 5:00am start; on-site location. You will perform varied warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, palletizing and routine housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience helps, but we provide training. Weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for growth and travel to other sites.

• Able to lift 25-75 lbs and handle diverse materials.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and palletize items.
• Assist with sorting, auditing, repacking, and housekeeping.
• Follow site leadership instructions and safety procedures.

Pay: $850 - $1100+ weekly

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
