Job summary

CS Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Hazelwood, MO to join our team. This full-time role runs from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, supporting inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate material handling equipment, use an RF scanner, and ensure accurate data entry for receipts and inventories. A forklift operation capability and SAP experience are preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Proven team player with strong customer service skills.
• Minimal computer skills required.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
• Safely operate equipment and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Stock and arrange products to optimize warehouse turnover.
• Count material to verify quantities; locate products in inventory.
• Receive and move material between locations; ensure accurate data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies in material quantities and locations.
• Ensure pallets are stable and products are not left in aisles.
• Assist with annual warehouse inventory.

CS Group is looking for Warehouse Associate to join our team! CS Group is a national beverage manufacturer of premium juice, juice mixers, lemonade and more! CS Group is the only beverage manufacturer that does business like we do, and we do it well with prestigious customers across the country.

This role will work 7 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks product into/out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight (UPS, FedEx, CH Robinson, ULine)
• Safely operates assigned product handling equipment. Ensure that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor
• Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory
• Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting
• Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required
• Ensures accurate quantity and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, and location
• Resolves discrepancies with material quantities
• Locates product ensuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and product is not left in aisles
• Assist in annual warehouse inventory

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions read and write English.
• Proven team player
• Strong customer service skills
• Minimal computer skills
• Previous Material Handling experience preferred.

Key Competencies:

• Must be able to operate forklift and drive backwards
• RF Scanner Experience
• SAP Experience
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead
• Must be able to be on stand on feet for 8-12 hours at a time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
