This role will focus on:

We’re looking for a Shipper with attention to detail, quick hands, and a passion for timely and perfect shipments. You will be the final checkpoint in our warehouse—packing, labeling, and dispatching high-quality products to customers. If you’re organized, energetic, and proud of a job well done, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for product movement (picking and packing), stock checks, and stock rotation. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to help the business excel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Printing labels, sealing boxes, and ensuring shipments are ready for dispatch.
  • Coordinating with carriers for pickups to avoid delays.
  • Tracking inventory levels and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inspecting outgoing goods to meet quality standards.
  • Keeping the shipping area organized, clean, and safe.
  • Collaborating with warehouse and production teams for smooth operations.
  • Developing and implementing best practices based on industry standards and trends.
  • Maintaining knowledge of safety standards and operating machinery safely.
  • Assisting with bonded stock control and quality assurance.

Qualifications for success:

  • Organized, methodical, resilient, and communicative.
  • Experience in picking and packing.
  • Knowledge of stock control procedures.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS-AX.
  • Full clean driving license and forklift certification.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
