The Warehouse Associate I will facilitate order picking and adhere to warehouse policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Work proactively and independently in order fulfillment by filling orders accurately, efficiently, and timely.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy (99%) weekly.
• Achieve a daily KPI of 40 LPH (lines per hour).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and team, asking questions and alerting issues in pick path logic.
• Assist with restocking, warehouse cleaning, training, and other assigned tasks.

Skills:

• Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of records, inventories, and routine documentation used in warehouses.
• Ability to motivate a team to accomplish objectives.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills.

• Order fulfillment productivity and meeting daily targets.
• Order accuracy.

Qualifications and Education:

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail in order fulfillment.
• Sound judgment in resolving issues, following supervisor guidance.
• Experience in order fulfillment is a plus but not required.
• High School diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degrees are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the warehouse independently.
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
