Job summary

Body Art Alliance in Hanover, MD is seeking a full-time warehouse order fulfillment associate. You will fill orders accurately, strive for 99% accuracy weekly, and maintain a daily KPI of 40 LPH while coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor on pick path issues.

Responsibilities

• Work proactively and independently in all order fulfillment functions by filling orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy (99%) weekly.
• Maintain a daily KPI of 40 LPH (lines per hour).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and team by asking questions when necessary and alerting appropriate parties when there is an issue in the pick path logic.
• Assist with restocking, warehouse cleaning, training and other work as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Be able to perform duties by working independently as well as on a team.
• Be proactive, able to fulfill orders accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Use sound judgment in resolving issues by taking direction from the warehouse supervisors.
• Experience in an order fulfillment position is a plus, but not required.
• High School Graduate or equivalent GED required; Associates or Bachelors degrees are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Be able to move throughout the warehouse independently as directed if needed.
• Be able to ascend/descend ladders.
• Be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
