Job summary

Integra Beauty, headquartered in Dania Beach with offices in Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will handle high-volume orders, receive and stock inventory, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, picking and packing, labeling, scanning orders, and communicating quality and inventory issues. You must lift up to 30 lbs and be available for OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• OT availability to support business needs.
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift, lower and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and on concrete floor.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing materials.
• Picking, packing and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.
• Process orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment; label and shrink wrap orders.
• Communicate quality and inventory issues to team leads.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Promote peer-to-peer accountability to ensure SOPs and safety procedures are followed.
• Partner with management to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.

About The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our distribution process. Your main responsibilities will include safely and accurately handling a high volume of orders. This involves everything from receiving and stocking new inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

Monday - Friday - (Some Saturdays)

6am - 230pm + overtime as required

• Communicate quality & inventory issues
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Promote peer to peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
