Job summary

Integra Beauty Inc is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Ohio facility. You will be on the front lines of our distribution, handling a high volume of orders with accuracy and safety. Typical shift is 6am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays and overtime as required.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, scanning orders, and preparing shipments. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and communicate issues while upholding SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing materials.
• Picking, packing and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.
• Process orders efficiently in a fast paced environment; label and shrink wrap orders.
• Communicate quality and inventory issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Promote peer-to-peer accountability to ensure SOPs and safety procedures.
• Partner with management to analyze performance metrics and drive improvement.

About The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our distribution process. Your main responsibilities will include safely and accurately handling a high volume of orders. This involves everything from receiving and stocking new inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Promote peer to peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
