Job summary

Integra Beauty is seeking a Material Handler to ensure efficient movement and organization of materials within our Groveport, Ohio facility. You will support receiving and fulfillment operations and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using RF scanners, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and assisting with inventory accuracy. This role offers biweekly pay and opportunities to grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work OT to support business needs.
• Prior material handling/warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming/outgoing materials from trailers.
• Move materials to storage, staging, and production areas.
• Process orders: pick, pack, and ship confirmations.
• Verify inventory counts and document movements via scans or logs.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Pick and pack customer orders and move stock to picking locations.
• Use RF devices to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve performance metrics.

About The Role:

We are looking for Material Handlers who can ensure efficient movement and organization of materials within our facility, supporting both our receiving and fulfillment operations. This role also supports the functions of a warehouse associate. We value individuals who are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with our team.

6am - 230pm

Pay Type

Biweekly

• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials and products from trailers and containers.
• Moving materials to and from storage areas, staging areas, and production lines using manual or power equipment.
• Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and completing shipment confirmations
• Verifying inventory counts and documenting material movement through scanning or manual logs.
• Operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.
• Picks and packs customer orders, assembling various types of merchandise for shipment
• Move stock from reserve storage to primary picking locations.
• Uses RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory management
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area by following housekeeping and safety standards
• Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
• Prior experience in material handling or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math and reading skills for labels and inventory counts.
• Willingness to learn powered equipment like forklifts or pallet riders
• Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
