Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM-3:30PM or 9AM-5:30PM

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate will perform routine shipping, receiving, and housekeeping tasks.

Job Duties:

1. Prepare orders for shipment to meet customer requirements.
2. Notify Supervisor of shortages and update stock levels in NetSuite.
3. Package and ship products according to packaging guidelines and accepted practices.
4. Maintain product stock in the work area and stock shelves.
5. Monitor packaging material supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
6. Receive and unload incoming materials, verify shipment accuracy, and unpack inventory.
7. Accurately receive, report, and distribute purchased items.
8. May operate a tow motor.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Math skills: ability to perform basic arithmetic.
3. Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management software.
4. Knowledge of barcode scanners and digital tracking systems.
5. Comfort with tablets, touchscreens, and modern warehouse technologies.
6. Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to updates.
7. Physical ability to bend, twist, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
