Job summary

Border States in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in the warehouse. You will receive incoming freight, inspect for damages, and ensure correct stocking and labeling to keep inventory accurate and accessible.

You will fill orders, coordinate with carriers and vendors, and communicate discrepancies or stockouts to the appropriate teams to maintain smooth delivery and order fulfillment. This role requires attention to detail and physical reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight and check material for damages or shortages.
• Distribute material to proper stock locations and keep shelves neat and orderly.
• Fill special orders and backorders as material is received.
• Follow up with appropriate departments, carriers, and vendors on discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
• Maintain assigned inventory stock locations and ensure correct locator tagging.
• Fill orders for delivery to customers and inform relevant departments of stock-outs and inventory problems.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports the operation functions of the warehouse. Receives incoming freight and checks the material for damages or shortages.
